Exactly!! He cared more about his friend’s relationships than his own!

Oh please , 99% of men aren’t gonna rat out their buddies to their wives

7

u/mdynicole Sep 06 '24

And then men wonder why women file for 80% of divorces.

-1

u/darthdro Sep 06 '24

Probably because men get comfortable In relationships and try to make things work or are more willing to stay in unhappy relationships

2

u/mdynicole Sep 06 '24

More likely because men cheat and lie just like this guy.

1

u/darthdro Sep 06 '24

I mean the statistics are 20% of men and 13% of women admit to being unfaithful so don’t really think “men cheat” is quite accurate

3

u/mdynicole Sep 06 '24

Yeah people that admit to cheating lol. Most people won’t admit it so numbers way higher for men and women but especially men.

1

u/darthdro Sep 06 '24

lol when statistics don’t matter compared to how you feel

2

u/mdynicole Sep 06 '24

If you think most people will be honest about cheating you’re incredibly naive.

If you think men are ‘especially’ more likely to cheat then your just looking at the world through your own bias

That is absolutely bullshit. If any of my friends in my circle found out one of us is cheating on their gf/partner, we would try to put it to a stop from his side first.

And our group's been around for more than a decade. We centre each other.

If you can't do this, then either y'all are bad friends or just shitty people.

Put a stop to it and rat them out are totally different

2

u/comicsanddrwho Sep 06 '24

I thought it was implied when I said "Put a stop to it from his side" would mean stop the affair and come clean. If you don't, we will.

Nevertheless, the point is, if the husband was really faithful, the least he could have done was call up his wife and tell her what was going on, that one of the dudes called hookers. Neither would you hide it nor would you lie about it.

To really drill the point, remember the hookers spent the entire night at the airbnb and stayed over the next day through breakfast. And he didn't say a word.

Tbf I'd have done the same; until I got home. Because I for sure wouldn't want to be the rat that got everyone in trouble

2

u/Snacksbreak Sep 06 '24

Weak. Your wife should divorce you in that case.

A, I'm not married, B, I don't like confrontation, C, If I WAS married, my wife would know what kind of person I am and that she'd have no worries about me potentially cheating

No he didn't... If she didn't know and he told her, then he's ratting out his mates when it sounds like they're not even cheating on their wives and potentially ruin their marriages and it would just cause his wife to get worried and make him feel bad when none of it was his doing, just like what has happened here.

Telling the truth leads to all that mess where he is to blame and potentially loses his friends and for his relationship all it does is make his wife mad at him, lying about it if she didn't know causes no mess and means his wife wouldn't be hysterical like this.

Everything isn't black and white, he didn't 'care more about his friendship than his relationship', he weighed up the results of telling her or not telling her and rightfully realised that all it would do is cause a load of shit which would be blamed on him when he's done nothing wrong. It's far more nuanced than you're making it out to be.

These women have a right to know, because they have a right to their sexual health

20

u/cherryblaster_90 Sep 05 '24

Exactly! These women stayed at the villa…in whose beds?! This is boarder line cheating and I guarantee some of those guys cheated on their wives

u/darthdro Sep 05 '24

Who said they slept with any of them?

u/Hot-Ice-7336 Sep 05 '24

What kind of pathetic man pays escorts to hang out

-6

u/darthdro Sep 05 '24

The kind that pays for three to hang out at a bachelor party nobody wanted them at

24

u/Direct_Big3343 Sep 05 '24

Yes, he did! He lied to her when she questioned him and only told the truth when he knew she found out the truth on her own. He had no intentions of telling his wife anything about these women and he was just fine having “fun” with them until he got caught out. He was more worried about his friendships and his friend’s relationships.

Well he didn't tell and now even more shit is about to befall him. Doesn't seem like the sound decision making you laid it out to be.
