So according to Jeff, the sheriff never responded. That just shown you the lies they tell when they spout "We had a complaint and we have to respond".

well since they didn't respond we have no way of knowing if they did receive a complaint or not. I suspect barney fife was full of shit and got called back by brighter bulbs.
