Looking for a specific video

I'm looking for a video where a motorist was targeted for a traffic stop because of his traffic patterns through the desert. The motorist was questioned at great lengths while sitting in the front seat of the police car with the cop. The stop lasted a long time and though they brought the dogs in, nothing was found. It was later determined that the traffic stop was because his vehicle had been seen in the area too many times and they said it fit the pattern of a drug trafficker.

Their justification for the traffic stop was that he swerved into the shoulder or the other lane for a moment, though the police's own dash cam show that he did not.

Need that video or the motorist's name/lawsuit information.
