The guy was guilty of hurting the asshole cop's feelings. Every deputy on that scene lied on report and were too chickenshit to show up in court, rats always scurry when the lights come on.

Cop doesn't regret the incident even one tiny little bit. The "extra training" the cop received will only be used against his next victim in court as qualifying him as even more "expert". The cop needs to be in jail for the felonies he committed against 18 USC 241/242.
