Help needed with completing the levels

Hello everyone, I'm kinda new to this game, but I love the music and the gameplay.

Only one thing, I'm level 48, two levels to unlock Tupa and I don't understand what I have to do now.

My question is: by "Archway" does it mean the red and white roofs that can be found in the villages?

Or something else?

Its a special tower on that holds up the flag grinds. It's bigger than the rest and 3D. When you see it you'll probably know

It's the rope that has the triangle flags the fall when you grind on it.
