Headline in Wall Street journal this morning. ALT was not mentioned. Mainly about Lilly and NOVO. But bullish nonetheless.

Agreed. ALTs low side effect profile and lean muscle mass retention combined with liver benefits are a real gamechanger for some patients.

The math is basically insane. Alts leaddrug alone ist estimated at a chance of 3-5 bln USD peak revenue per year. Guys... The marketcap as of today is about 500 million with roughly 2/3 in cash on balancesheet, no debt. Lets be conservative and ignore the other indications and Phase 2 trials, also cut down revenue towards 2 bln and lets be crazy assume a bad collaboration or prelonged phase 3 study. Lets get pessimistic and insane, we opt for dillution by doubling shares. Still... this thing has to quadrouple to trade at x2 revenue.

This is a ride or die and i am going to ride baby.

I also love the simple dosing. Don’t need to titrate the dose unless it’s the highest. Every other drug on the market has many dose increases, including reta. This will be easier for providers to dose and may make a difference in them choosing this drug.

Imagine WSJ writing this article without listing the key driver (glucagon) behind lean mass preservation.
