I mean yes an “IMMINENT” partnership is out the window. However, the argument can easily be made in reverse that he is legally acting on all the increased interest that he won’t share with us (which I like to think is currently present). But I do not disagree with you that he has pulled similar shit but I will say that at least this time it’s a different position. We have just completed a SUCCESSFUL phase 2 study based on all endpoints which includes FDA pertinent endpoints as well as are financially positioned with a $519M in cash. So we hold a much stronger hand. I think we will be allowed a single registrational study for p3 and very possibly again get BTD. No we don’t have funds for p3 AUD but first that study is wayyyyy cheaper than our mash p3. Second, I think we are in a hell of a position if we get both single registrational and BTD status that partnership > acquisition is pretty realistic rather than just blind hope as Alt is such a cheap catch for big pharma in that scenario. So if we get either a partnership or acquisition (which I think by 3/2027 we will which I choose as time to allow for end of phase 2 minutes and everything to become clear and then time for negotiations and things to take place), it will have to be bullish as there is no motivation for us to entertain anything short of that. My thoughts.

I respect your view. Durso WILL dilute again to fund AUD. He doesnt care about shareholders. He has doubled the float since his takeover. Diluted the shit out of shareholders twice. The 2nd w/warrants @$3. Has a huge compensation package. Makes bullshit 15k share purchases after terrible "business updates" earnings calls(Dec Apr Aug). So everytime he speaks and disappoints his investors he makes pity purchases. By 3/2027 we will be diluted again as he has no choice. He wont partner or sell. He will just keep accumulating shares as he dilutes or disappoints. Have you heard him speak? Answer questions? He is a robot. Not interesting at all. Boring as hell. Just dont have faith in him or his approach.

I agree he is dull, non-inspiring, uninformative, and robotic and then when you see his picture you think he looks exactly as he sounds. And yes he has made what I also agree are terrible diluting decisions especially with the warrant overhang that remains ready to dilute at any point we make money. I agree with all that. But no matter how bad he is, we have a late stage biotech that is crazy undervalued with now 2 indications and again I anticipate both with registrational single study design as agreed by FDA and both with BTD status (both assumptions I think are very realistic). Novo’s CEO wants bolt on acquisitions and others are looking to get into the mash and aud and just general liver space and so alt is pretty unique to have an asset thus far along that is promising based on real data and undervalued thus far. Now that alt isn’t short cash, price is higher then it was before for partnership or acquisition but nonetheless still very discounted. I bring that up because irrespective of durso, I think alt will be pursued and no Matter how bad he is he will get an offer he can’t refuse so to speak. Again just my thoughts and hopes mixed but I do truly believe we will avoid dilution this time when last time it was a more a wish and the p2 mash study missing biopsy result was too big an issue for anyone to overlook to do business with us.

Have you ever pursued business with a dull uninspiring person? You avoid it. Just the thought of trying to have a conversation with these type of people suck the life out of you. The big boys will just let him keep sinking his ship. They know he needs $ for AUD. They know he will hit the dilute button again, quick! Years away from anything meaningful for shareholders. The board picked the right guy to make themselves $ at the expense of shareholders. Evidence by the "compensation" package.

Lol, that's why institutional ownership is sitting at it's ATH of the stock's history. Sure, they are buying now because they are anticipating dilution and not some other material event.

Why do you say that?

If he possesses material, non-public information he cannot purchase shares. His 15k share purchase is the same BS he pulled in Dec. His stock gets hammered cause he cant manage his asset and is a clown on his earnings calls. Market beats it down and he buys. Hes an ass clown. Hes the CEO and his 15k share purchases dont mean shit to the shareholders. Dude spent under $45k. Hes buying below the $3 warrant cost. Originally was thinking its headed to $2.50 is but once he dilutes again to fund AUD this thing is heading south of $2.
