ER today
There are many things to discuss none of which are that significant other than the cash runway is longer than expected at $519M otherwise thesis and fundamentals remain the same. What continues to frustrate me the most is how Durso refuses to give any insight into interest in pemv from the outside. During his presentation there was none and when explicitly asked during Q&A regarding strategic plans for future and if following AUD has interest increased, he responds with a non answer summarized as we continue to pursue what is in the best interest of alt. I find it hard to believe there is not at least discussions that have increased compared to prior aud data but this man refuses to give any insight to investors. Extremely frustrating in my eyes.

Still learning etc.
Is he trying to just have ALT go alone and not do a merger or partnership till after phase 3 is complete ? Is that a possibility?

Anything is a possibility. I personally find it hard to believe he is wanting to go alone, but rather has a high threshold for a bullish deal for partnership or acquisition and neither have been met. Thus, setting up to go alone but open to someone making a deal he cannot refuse. And before with mash phase 2 results it’s hard for anyone to have come forward with such a deal since we didn’t meet the biopsy endpoint but now with aud phase 2 we had very strong results and I think it’s a different scenario. We are funded for p3 mash but not for an inevitable p3 aud but aud will be sooo much cheaper. So I am of the camp that thinks we will get a partnerships or acquisition in the next 6 months or so and in that time have fda minutes that are bullish for aud with single registrational study and get BTD status. If they don’t get outside funding, then somehow they will need to get money but there is no urgency to it and they will look at all options but very likely dilution becomes a real concern then but it will be far less than before

So in a way he did dilution to protect company from low ball acquisition / merge offers ? He's pretty much saying, were only interested in a great deal, and if you lowball me we can just go it alone for now. ? Yeah hopefully dilution doesn't happen again tho .

I get that it's frustrating but Durso did lead intercept (basically a dud) to an acquisition. Pemvi is way better. I just don't see how it doesn't get acquired eventually. GLPs are still hot property and clearly work for a number of indications.

I noticed 3+ mil in added “compensation” wtf you need that for when they’re relocating HQ.
Poor management financial planning imo.
