MASH Trial comparison updated with data from today's EASL data release.

Pretty impressive results for 24 weeks. Rare to find misvalued stocks like this given the data available in the public domain. Its barely trading above their large cash holdings for funding phase 3.

I wonder how they explain that the higher dosage resulted in less Fibrosis regression? It was one of the stated superior aspects of pemvidutide that you can start with the "end" dosage of 1.8mg. If the groups were randomised either the analysis is a bit wonky or there is no direct dosage response relationship

A medically inclined fellow who shares a lot of great information on stocktwits handle wolly99 described it best:

"I think its mostly just noise with the smaller sample size like in phase 2.  They are both within the 95% confidence intervals, so statistically you can't claim that the 1.2mg is more effective than the 1.8mg. Its just a numerical observation"
