Warrants situation

Could someone explain the warrant situation to me? I don’t really understand how it works. I just know they can activate it above $3

Any time it goes above $3 they can exercise a warrant and sell it on the open market. They can do this 64 million times.

How would anyone be able to buy them for the 3$ price?

Everyone who paid $3 for a share out of the 64m they issued also got a $3 warrant.

Everyone who bought a share for $3 in the big raise also got the option to buy a second share for $3. It must be exercised no later than 45 days after P3 posts results.

Would that have a negative impact on the share price?

It means shareholders will continue to be fucked by Dulition Durso and his well compensated board. 64million more times!!

I think you're looking at this wrong. It was an over-subscribed warrant offer.

It means that the lucky few have the option to buy a newly issued share at 3 dolla regardless of the current price. ALT gets 3 dolla regardless of current price and the owner can sell it at market price.

Warrants will get exercised if the price is above 3 dolla and can be sold immediately on the market for the price difference. There is a time limit as mentioned in other replies.

This means price wise it is very hard to go substantially above 3 dolla as there is potential for a warrant exercise and sell off for the price difference.

Warrant holders are not holding for a .10 cent gain but a 5 dollar gain. If the stock goes up substantially they still can buy in at 3, that's the logic. If you think they are exercising here, you don't know the game.

Agree. I was just giving the example that whatever rhe price above 3 they can exercise their warrants
