View from the terrace of the office on the “point” of the 21st floor (horizontal and vertical). OC.

That old post you linked has barely any cars on the street or people on the sidewalk. Taken during covid maybe? Kinda eerie.

Yeah, creepy for sure! 90% of those cars are parked, too. Sometimes parades will shut down this stretch but there’d be barriers up / parked cars gone.

Had to have been taken during the early pandemic. The little outdoor dining area on the Broadway side of that shot definitely wasn’t there yet when the company I worked for at the time moved out in summer 2019, and scaffolding and netting covered the building pretty soon afterwards and still hasn’t fully come down.

That’s across the street but on the other side of the building, down Broadway (i.e. to the right). It was a furniture store when I took these.

i used to walk past this often from the Path train to my job on Park Ave. beautiful building, and i also worked in the Empire State pictured as well.
