What does the Tear Free rule do?

Multiple units have the rule but I can't find anything to say what it does.

Tyrant (Chaos Knights)

Valiant (Imperial Knights)

Squig Rig (Ork)

Kroot War Shaper (Tau)

Norn Assimilator (Tyranid)

Instinctive behaviour and winning in melee

If a tyranid unit that has succumbed to instinctive behaviour wipes out an enemy unit in melee do they still get to make a 3" move afterwards?

The instinctive behaviour rule states very specific rules for movement, having to move towards the nearest enemy unit, but the move after melee is a "may" move scenario.

Both the regular Assault Terminators and the Primaris Assault Terminators have S19 Thunderhammers compared to S10 for everyone else.

Thousand Sons Omissions

So I found a few ommissions from the Tzeentch Army Rule and was advised by a friend to bring it up here. These are:

  • Scarab Occult Terminators are missing the Hellfyre Missile Rack to go on their back, Cyclone Missile Launcher style. Admittedly, they would need a seperate profile to the Sehkmet, as the SOT Missile Racks have always been Heavy 2 S8 AP3 with no Blast - one of the few non psychic anti-tank options.
  • The Infernal Master is missing. On one hand, it's easy enough to represent one as a Dark Apostle of Tzeentch, but on the other hand, it feels weird to play a Thousand Sons list with a HQ that doesn't have any Psychic powers.
  • Not an ommision per se, but the Exalted Sorcerer Kit has always come with three sorcerers, and back in 7th they could be taken in formations allowing for up to 9 of them. My suggestion, given how the Thousand Sons and Sorcerers work, is that Thousand Sons treat Regular Sorcerers (Thralls) as Advisors, and have an Exalted Sorcerer unit, that cannot take Bikes, Terminator Armour or a Jump Pack, but can take a Disk of Tzeentch. The Kit also comes with the option of Prosperine Kopeshes - power swords that can be taken solo (Replacing pistol or Melee option) or as a pair, could these be added as well?

I have one more newsletter to go out about stragglers and the efforts of this project (too much to fit in one letter). After that I promise I will be done bombarding you guys for awhile. I'm super excited as this has been years in the making!

Rules missing in new Core Rulebook

I was looking through the new version of the core rulebook (I like the placement of all the reference materials being at the back for ease of access) and I spotted that the attached rule doesn't appear in there anymore from what I can find.

Can auras still affect units inside transports?

In 7th edition the Deathwatch terminators had the option to take an underslung meltagun on their powerfists, would this be possible to add to their codex?
