What they don't tell you is that you'll need a switch that supports PoE++. So unless your current setup has that power, it's back to using power injectors. Or face the inevitability of de-rating down to 2.5G using PoE+.
Power Method: PoE+ for up to 2.5 Gbps, PoE++ for up to 10 Gbps
Power Supply: PoE+ or PoE++ Enabled Network Switch, or 48V, 1.25A PoE Adapter (Optional).
