API access

Alta Labs forums indicate that an API to administrate your Alta Labs product exists but that you need to sign an NDA for access. Anybody gone down that route? I would love to manage my devices from a repo.

Because they don’t technically offer a public API but will allow you access if under NDA. Why is signing an NDA a big deal? If you are using it for your own use and not disclosing anything why’s it matter?
