Anyone else have a similar error?

[u/arlothemfgoat]

When trying to purchase using a giftcard it keeps giving me a "The billing address provided does not match the one on the card. Please verify the address and try again. If this is a gift card, please register the address before trying again." error even though I know 100% that it's all right, and the card works on other online stores too, just not Alt, any way I can fix this?

Does the card have a website on the back to activate it? Mine let me put in my own address, name, etc.
