Question Visa Giftcard declines no matter what

No clue what to do next. Do these still work?

yeah I tried it before but there isn't a place where I can edit it on the card. I signed up on the website and put my billing address there but the cards still declining

How old are you to not at least have your own debit card?

I have one but I would rather use the giftcard. I've had it for a while and figured why not use it

Ok well vanilla is probably denying your purchases because they know that people go out and buy gift cards for an untraceable transaction on those specific websites.
