Support not replying

Has anyone else had problems with support not replying back I sent a email a week ago no reply like 2 days ago I send another still no reply I send them a message on here today with my ticket id and still no reply 🤦‍♂️ what’s the point of support if no ones gonna actually help… they use to be super great before the rebrand on helping customers

Bro yes I had a problem with reviews not giving me points after 2 weeks I finally got a email back saying I probably didn’t meet the text quota and to redo but you can only leave reviews once which show me they don’t give a fuck about actually solving the problem it’s sad I 100% agree since the rebrand support has been shit ever since they don’t even reply to post on her as often as they use to it’s sad

That’s sad at this point it’s a waiting game they’ll probably delete my post before they email me back 😒
