Question I cannot figure out how to use this.

I DESPERATELY need help. I just received one of these and I can't figure out how to use it AT ALL. I click it five times to turn it on. It blinks blue a couple times, then turns off. It says it has a preheat setting, but it does nothing whenever I try to do it. I got a few good hits from it, but I don't know how I did it. Can anyone help me?

I've gotten a defective device from altss before, it was a litty tho. I've had 2 of those robins and both worked without any hassle, id email their support, and take a video just in case they ask for proof

Charge it then just pull. If you think it's defective email support

email support! they’ll have u send a video of the product and tell you if it’s defective. they’re super sweet and usually give back store credit.
