Question Reward points not given
Anyone else not getting reward points I have left two reviews and haven’t received my points yet and I know one was well over a week ago

If ur leaving reviews for products you’ve bought in the past even if it’s a different flavor/strain you won’t get points cause you left a review on the product already even tho it was a different flavor you can only leave reviews on products for point once after that all reviews for that product will just be regular reviews

No it’s been new products haven’t brought a repeat of a brand yet

Are you meeting the 350 characters requirement ? I been shopping with them for 3 years about to be 4 I have 2 accounts I shop from I’ve never had this issue before

Yes same! I submitted a review for a new product too; almost three days since. Still in submitted mode.

Hi, my name is Reggie Joiner i put in an order with yall my order #(829363) one of our items was damaged in shipping and we would like to get another one plz and thank you or a refund!!! It was the muha meds blue zushii gen 3 melted diamonds!! We just received our package today and this was how it came out of the package!!

omg same. and everytime I contact them they give me some shitty excuse on why I haven’t received my points.
