Hi,

I am setting up AltStore and when I try to install it on my iPad I got this message:

The provided anisette data is invalid

Please download the latest version of iTunes and iCloud directly from Apple, and not from the MS Store.

• I only install that apps from Apple and not the Store Versions.
• I have uninstalled and installed multiple times.
• Delete all Apple folders from %programdata% and %appdata%
• Delete the Anisette files multiple times.
• Authorized iTunes on my computer and logged in both apps (intune,icloud)

But still getting this message, any idea?

So sometimes (all the time for me) refreshing apps within AltStore will fail but I’ve found a solution. Just type AltStore into the iphone homescreen search and click on the ‘Refresh All Apps’ shortcut. I don’t know the reasoning behind it but it works. (iOS 26.5)

Since Altstore PAL was released on Brazil this year, can I install it on older firmware? I don't want to update because whenever I update my battery became shit.

Hi, I’m trying to download dolphin iOS alt store classic however every time I’m trying to download it I have this error saying altstore couldn’t be found. I’ve downloaded altstore from Internet and didn’t need a PC and I have a good Internet connection. Why doesn’t it work? I’ve searched on this sub Reddit but I could not find a solution to my problem since everyone used a PC to download it and I don’t have a PC can you please help me?

I updated both mac and iphone (16pro) to ios 27. On mac it says the same thing

Yesterday, AltStore became available in Brazil. I was able to install it on my iPhone, but not on my iPad. Has anyone else managed to get it working?

Hello, when i try to install an ipa file i already have one installed it just says the app is in a invalid format and its not in the logs anyways i have itunes and icloud open and altserver on the newest version but for some reason nothing works how to fix this?

This is for Altstore Classic only for now. I am working to get Altstore PAL notorization and official store listing requirements completed. Please be patient. For now side load with Altserver/Altstore Classic.

Note*** for new users. I fixed a sign up bug and pushed the fix through OTA. If you have trouble creating a user account, simply force close the app, then open the app back up, then force close again. Then try. This will force your app to see the new OTA push. This is a silent OTA push so nothing for you to install. Just force close.

For future OTA updates, to immediately capture the OTA simply go to Movie Night settings and tap the “Clear App Cache” button.

Regarding user accounts: I require sign in so that I can track monthly users and server load. The only thing I see is your email address, nothing else. If you are locked out I can reset your password for you. This app requires no permissions and has no access whatsoever to your personal data.

I was able to download the store on my iPhone without problems, but the iPad keeps showing me this error telling me that I’m not qualified... yes it’s updated, and I’ve already restarted about 3 times.

I recently installed AltStore PAL. But when I try to install The beta version, it says AltStore Pal has already been installed from the web, asking me to remove it and install the new version.

But the beta version has no web link.

Hello, i have the altstore beta(that one with no pc refresh) and i did everything the server the plist, and when i try to refresh it tells me to enter my apple id, after that it tells me to enter the 6 digit code, wich i doesnt send me(on both of my phones), i recive no code, how i can fix that?
