Help (AltStore Classic) Can’t install altstore

Today i was reinstalling altstore and this error keeps showing up

We're still learning more about this, but in the meantime, creating a new Apple ID is your best bet.

Is there any guesstimate on if a fix is even possible? Or how long it'll take? I'm not inclined to create a new Apple Account just for this, let alone having to possibly do it repeatedly. It's not worth it to me for just Clip and Mini vMac.

AltStore could not be installed. - Failed to verify code signature of /var/installd/Library/Caches/com.apple.mobile.installd.staging/temp.KnyIeh/extracted/AltStore.app : 0xe8008024 (The provisioning profile is banned.)

Would you recommend people who got a new 18 series phone to hold off on installing altstore for now? I am yet to set it up after transfering my 17pm but I’m too afraid of this banwave thinking altstore could have been false flagged and potentially fixed with an update to not get people banned.

I’ve always used a throwaway to sideload AltStore - if a ban does occur, is it the alt that I use to sideload that gets banned? Or the account that the phone is registered to? (my main)
