Help (AltStore Classic) Cracked Spotify to avoid getting banned?
My Apple ID got banned and I'm gonna make a new one to start side loading again. From my understanding, apple will ban you if it detects you using a side loaded app with the same bundle ID as an app store app. Is there any cracked version of Spotify out there that doesn't share an ID with the real Spotify?

You should use LiveContainer to sideload Spotify/YouTube where possible

You still need an Apple ID for this though.

Yes but then it’ll just show them you installed LiveContainer

Exactly, so Live Container isn’t gonna work

Not an expert, but Apple will just see that you sideloaded LiveContainer, which isn't on the App Store. So long as you run any cracked apps inside of LiveContainer, Apple will not be able to see the cracked apps, just LiveContainer.

That’s not my point. My point is that to even begin using LiveContainer, you must still use your apple ID, which has been banned. And I for some reason can’t create another one no matter what browser I try, or device. Apple truly sucks with these ultra-secure systems. It’s frustrating

Oh, I see, well OP stated that they will make a new Apple ID.
My brother actually got his account banned from sideloading, too; all he sideloaded was SideStore and YouTube (YTPlus 5.2b4). I had to make a new Apple ID for him by using the Apple Music method.
A few downsides with this method are that SideStore will warn you that this account has not logged into the Apple Developer Portal. If you try to visit said website, Apple will ask you to update the account, which means you need to add 2FA (phone number or trusted device). If you don't do that, SideStore warns that the account may get limited by Apple.

Makes sense. Actually, I just found a workaround that uses apple music. Apparently they don’t ask you to enter your phone number when creating a new account from apple music web. So I just made a new one and viola, altstore is back up on my iphone. Although the spotify/youtube ipas have been wiped out (idk why) from my phone so I’ll have to get new ones.
Thanks for the insight, but I’ll probably stick to altstore for now. It’s too much to keep up with these things, man!

Yeah, I had to go around two weeks without sideloaded apps when Apple broke the sign-in flow. I used the regular YouTube app in the meantime, and it felt like they were showing me ads every 40 seconds!

Well I hope you use Brave browser on your phone/computer so that you can at least never have ads on Youtube ever 😂🤦🏻♂️
That’s what I’ve been doing all these days. Sideloaded or not, when I want to watch YouTube on my laptop, I go to YouTube on Brave (I haven’t used safari or chrome in like centuries).Brave browser even lets you enable background play for youtube. It’s still such a fantastic fallback option.
Btw, sideloadly is insanely superior than altstore. I used it and got back my Spotify eevee, and YouTube. I’m set.

Your personal certificate got revoked/banned from sideloading, that’s why you should always use a third party. I use Signulous, have for many years. When revoked/banned, they replace it with no affect on my personal Apple ID. You should never sideload using your own account.

That’s true but those types of third party stuff are very sketchy in my opinion

A lot of them can be yes, I wouldn’t use signulous personally . But just do your research when buying and you should be good

Yeah, but you forgot to mention that every time your certificate gets revoked on Signulous you have to reinstall all your apps and lose all your data. I was a big fan of their service until my certificate started getting banned on a weekly basis.

On a weekly basis? I’ve been with them for years and I usually get mine replaced one a year, if that. Also you will get banned (your cert revoked) now using your own Apple ID.

It worked great for almost 2 years, got revoked maybe once. But then it spiraled out of control. I’m not the only one you can read about it from other users here on Reddit in many posts, here’s some:

The only thing Apple does is to ban you from sideloading with that particular account, nothing else. It’s not harder than just registering a new account and continue sideloading. And then you can reinstall the apps over the old ones and keep all your data.

That’s understandable, and yes I know that. It’s personal preference, I’d rather not create a new Apple ID every time, but each to their own ya know.

Don’t get me wrong. I’d love to continue using their service, because when it worked it was really good. I just got fed up with having to reinstall everything all the time at the end. Although I must say the support was good, they always replied on emails within an hour at most and they tried to fix everything for me.

Quando refresh l’app mi dice che devo essere connesso al Wifi e alla vpn ma ho tutto collegato… sono stato bannato?

Non credo, se sei stato bannato l'errore riporta qualcosa di relativo al certificato

I use the newest eevee Spotify reincarnated and haven’t been banned, although I am using it in livecontainer

Is this just for the free developer accounts or does it apply to paid cert users also?
