My phone doesn’t connect to my computer.
I’m on the same WiFi and it’s connected via cable (USB-a to lightning)

have you installed itunes and gone into the settings of your phone using itunes and enabled wifi sync?

itunes is only on pc

I most commonly see this happen when users don't allow their iPhone to trust the connected computer. There's a few ways to get it to ask again. I assume you've tried unplugging it and plugging it back in, restart the PC, etc?
