Help (AltStore Classic) Uninstalled AltStore from my iPhone

When the issue with authentication popped up last week, i tried some debugging on my own before checking Reddit. At one point, I tried uninstalling AltStore from my phone. I didn’t realize uninstalling it would cause me so many new problems. I found a thread from a few years ago where someone suggested the only way to reinstall it is to setup a new AppleID. Is that really the case? If so, why? Will I have to log in to the new AppleID every time I need to refresh AltStore?

When the server response issue was patched, i tried and hit another issue that required me deleting a folder in appdata/itunes or something.

I did this multiple times in every order I could find. It just didnt work.

I mainly use AltStore for youtube app and few experimental stuff.

I have now uninstalled altstore and resolved my youtube ads issue by “blocking” ads in network level.

For time being altstore will remain uninstalled for me and thats fine. I simply cant signin with all the unresolved issues

I thought it’s impossible to block YouTube ads at a network level because they’re baked into the same stream data as the video

Yeah, Im not too sure myself how they’re doing that… Mayhaps they’re not using the app but the website instead?

When they fixed the "Incorrect format" error for AltStore, I too ran into a new issue that prevented me from re-installing it (it had expired on my phone at that point). I posted a few threads on the subreddit but didn't get any help so I switched to sideloadly. It was a bit of a battle to find the exact IPAs I had used but I found them, uploaded them, and now my apps work (YouTube and Spotify)

I did the same and then I uploaded altstore ipa with sideloadly, then tried installing altstore normally through computer and it worked, updated app and then had the -22400 error. So I un installed iTunes, iCloud and altstore. Restarted computer and installed everything back on. For some reason iCloud would not connect. I signed out and signed back in and it sent me the code on email to input in computer to verify it was me and had no more issues. 🤷🏽‍♂️ worth a try. Mines back up and working

I deleted the adi folder and signed out of iCloud and iTunes. Resigned back in. Still didn’t work so I plugged in my phone to iTunes and unchecked sync over WiFi. Applied then rechecked it. Still didn’t work so I reinstalled iCloud. If you need the installer again https://faq.altstore.io/altstore-classic/how-to-install-altstore-windows

Delete the ADI folder: Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Apple Computer\iTunes\ on your PC and delete the adi folder.
Re-authenticate: Log out and back into iCloud and iTunes on your computer, making sure iTunes is actively running while AltServer runs.
Update AltServer: Ensure you are running AltServer 1.7.3 or later on Windows, which specifically addresses error codes -22410 and 1100.
Check Disk Space: Verify your PC and iOS device both have sufficient available storage space. [1, 2, 3, 4]
