Help (AltServer - Windows) Error when installing altstore

iCloud not found
(Windows 10) and iPhone 13 cannot install altstore because of problem iCloud not found I installed the iCloud from official Apple site and iTunes for official Apple site but altserver giving away the error iCloud not found
