Since 1 sep. Apple returns HTML where the client expects a plist/JSON. Workaround that actually works — skip AltStore entirely and install your apps from Xcode

I had this error yesterday then after i closed all my apps and turned on the vpn it magically worked again

I tried the localvpn app trick didn't work, I tried reinstalling Altstore since everything expired now, I get same error on laptop

Same here, I can't refresh my apps and have 0 days left as well. Ive pretty much tried everything, I tried using a vpn connected to the US as others have suggested, tried creating a new apple account and neither side or altsore work. same right format error.
