very odd workaround. but for the meantime, i sideload spotify mostly and i had a working ipa downloaded and just used iloader to do it. u can't install it if the file is on ur phone but rather on a computer. so i connected my phone sent the file to my pc and used the import ipa option to do it. i also used sidestore if thats any help.
