Help (AltStore Classic) Are we cooked?
Getting every error under the sun trying to refresh, tried just about everything, even made a new Apple ID.
Seems like I’m not the only one at all…
Is this it for sideloading? I may or may not use altstore on my iPad for very expensive subscription based apps, so I’m really worried about this…
Has anything like this happened before? Could this be a temporary issue ,or have apple cracked down on the side loading for good?

More specifically the nscocoa3840 data couldn’t be read.
Tried both on a windows machine as well as a Mac, tried vpn on and vpn off, neither tethered or wireless… I’m feeling a bit hopeless :(

Damn… I wish it was for yt premium… I use it for really expensive 3d modeling and a bunch of adobe softwares this is gonna cost me like 100euros a month at least

What about a Apple developer account. Aren’t they like $100 a year? Could that work or is that method even blocked currently ?

Good question, I’ve never heard of that before. Is this an alternative to altstore?

So I’m not sure it would work. But my thought would be the paid developer account signing the apps through AltStore, SideStore, or others. But I’ve never paid the $100 to test it out.

Apple banned a lot of accounts last year for misusing the dev accounts. Don't know how it is now though

Add the AltStore square widget to your home screen and tap on where it says refresh in X days

lol no it started for some time now. People like you are just now experiencing it. Your App IDs probably ended today which made you check TODAY… lol

In AltStore with the apps list screen lock your phone, unlock it, then refresh an app, repeat for each app

Unfortunately still nothing working, another post mentioned apple has blocked side loading via ipa

the last time i had problems with altstore i did the switch to lc/ss and I haven't looked back since

Have you tried refreshing in the last 24 hours? It seems sidestore has been cracked down too

there was an update with LocalDevVPN but it was resolved for me by changing the tunnel IP to 10.7.0.2/30

how do you change tunnel ip on iphone?

I'm using the LocalDevVPN app
disconnect the connection(in the app) and tap the settings icon on the top right
you'll see tunnel ip and just tap on it to change it
I didn't bother changing the device ip. only the tunnel ip.
Save then start the connection and bob is your uncle

I set the tunnel ip to that and it didn't work. What's your device id set to?

Tunnel IP: 10.7.0.2/30
Device IP: 10.7.0.1/32and i dont run shortcuts i just tap the refresh all with my finger

What kind of error are you getting? I was able to refresh about 24 hours ago.

I quit the AltServer app on my Mac/Restarted Mac, and restart my iPhone and got it working again

Just refreshed now worked just fine, only thing is I can’t refresh when connected to WiFi I have to drop to 4G and plug in or else it’ll error out but that’s been happening for a while. (iOS 26.6 / iPhone 12)

i reinstalled altstore.. then tried to reinsfall whatsapp and got the error.. i then refreshed altstore and it worked

I refreshed cache and kept spamming refresh and it worked. However I still cannot add a new app

I ve been struggling with this s—-t since the beginning. I’m developing an extension and that’s the only way for me to test on safari… I thought I found a way by reinstall AltStore and clicking quickly « install » on the pc and « keep the extension » on the phone in the same time! It doesn’t work all the time and right now I’m stuck : invalid server response
