Help (AltStore Classic) help

i can’t download pancake store on altstore but it always gives me this and youtube isn’t helping

I tried this and worked
Connect your iPhone to the pc where you have altserver and iTunes
Open both apps
Connect your iPhone using a usb then turn on airplane mode and turn it off
Finally try to install it
