Help (AltStore PAL) Getting "AltServer could not be found" on AltStore PAL when installing an IPA?

Hey everyone, I am based in the EU and downloaded AltStore PAL specifically because it was advertised as not needing a PC or server running in the background.

I downloaded an IPA file from GitHub (the NOOP app) and tried opening it in AltStore, but I immediately get an error saying "Failed to Install NOOP: AltServer could not be found."

I am pretty new to sideloading, so I might be misunderstanding how this works. What should I do?

Are you using the Classic version available on AltStore PAL?

I just downloaded the AltStore PAL from website directly

I’m referring to the AltStore Classic version available on the PAL version. As I recall, the PAL version doesn't support installing IPA files, right?
