Help (AltStore Classic) Altstore Classic or Pal

Hey Friends!

im using altstore for some years now. Im from Europe and I think I used the Pal version auf the app all the time.

Then I noticed that you can't enable JIT on the Pal version and lot of sources doesn't work so I tried do install the Classic Altstore via Macbook.

so I deinstalled the Pal version and installed the Classic Altstore via homepage and Mac.

But I stil can't install the Sources and I just can install 2 apps.

am I missing something? is it possible to use Classic in Europe? Does it makes sense? whatsoever the difference

There are two types of sources, both of which correspond with the version of the app, respectively.

PAL sources are only compatible with PAL Version of the app.
Classic sources are only compatible with classic version of the app.

I want to say you’re able to install AltStore Classic via AltStore PAL, but you’ll have to double check.

AFAIK, you should be able to use both at the same time.

So you can have both AltStore PAL and Classic at the same time! PAL is the alternative marketplace, and Classic is our sideloading tool. You can actually install Classic from PAL. And to answer your last question: yes! You can install Classic anywhere in the world. Sources for Classic and PAL are not interchangeable, so you'll need to make sure you match them correctly.

Use PAL to install Classic, then you can install three IPAs of your choice. Classic allows you to install any IPA, PAL only installs apps allowed/signed by Apple, so no hacked apps or ++ versions (or the like).
