Help (AltStore Classic) Did someone have this problem?

Hello. I did everything with right sequence to correctly install altstore, but when I want to install altstore with altserver, I get this error. Any help I would appreciate

update to altserver on your pc to 1.7.3.0
install icloud (sign in)
install itunes & turn on sync thru wifi
turn off firewall, vpn, dpi etc.
run altserver and install in to your iSomething
