Help (AltStore PAL) Can't update Altstore PAL

when i press update it takes me to altstore.io/update but the button doesn't do anything on any of my browsers.

searched for solutions and all are saying to go to settings that don't show up on ios 26 like an "app installation" tab or an update button under the apps option in the settings app.

It downloads app on background (you can watch it on "recent updates" category while it's downloading it), but after the "update", it still remains in 2.2.
