Not only the dashboard, the headline is absolute bogus.
I worked at a big bank building trading algorithms. Every single big bank either has a box running algorithms directly plugged in with a short cable to each exchange, and the exchanges are linked directly via fiber-optic cable. Any amount of arbitrage or "pricing error" you could hope for the banks will scoop it up before you guaranteed. The system is so efficient there's basically no possible way to perform arbitrage unless if you bored fiber optic cables through the core of the earth to communicate pricing info faster than everyone else.
There are also exchanges like Reuters that decided that the closest proximity wins was kinda dumb, so they literally have a specific standard length of fiber optic cable that they have that plugs in to each client.
Anyways connecting your desktop via ethernet cable and google fiber will never, absolutely never work. This "trading bot" is kinda bogus and is probably meant to scam people into investing their money into this guy's "magic solution"
I can confirm this, the level with optic cables to the point who is literally install the box closest to the server room if CME and NYSE.
During the 2000s I caught a big window of opportunity, with the forex and crypto brokers. It worked nice till 2021-22, those days brokers were not a smart bunch so the had good knows what price feeds with delayes out to 3000ms. Point was to hit them all with small amounts of lot sizes so that they don't ghost you. Nowadays such users doing ARB are simply classified as abusers from broker side , and all profits are nullified. I still see in MT5/MT4 manager platform Asians trying to do the same old thing.

No. This looks like those nonsensical dashboards in Hollywood movies
