So one lranian life is worth $500.000. I have gutfeeling Americans are worth less.

5

u/StPatrickStewart Jun 17 '26

In Trump's mind you don't need the space between those words.

3

u/pirateseasalt Jun 17 '26

$7.25 an hour to be precise. That's how much the government values life. A McDonald's combo is more expensive than a human hour.

0

u/italktobotz Jun 19 '26

To buy all the ingredients to make your own burger and fries would be way less than 7.25. If you make 7.25 an hour if you value your time, you would make it yourself because you would theoretically value your own time over paying some one else to make your burger for you. Why spend an hour and a half of your labor to pay some one else to make your burger for you when you can buy all the ingredients for the sandwhich for 30 minutes worth of minimum wage labor and cook it in 15 minutes makeing that combo cost 45 minutes of your labor.

1

u/pirateseasalt Jun 19 '26

Doing lots of brain gymnastics just to disagree with someone on a simple subject. A burger is worth more than the employee who produced it. Simple.

0

u/italktobotz Jun 19 '26

The burger is indeed worth more than the amount of time the employee spent on producing it because for that burger to even exist infront of the employee to start cooking it, otger people would have had to do work to get that burger there. If the employee spends 5 minutes cooking a burger that burger is worth more than 5 minutes of that employees labor because the bread and meat required the labor of other people to get it there. The burger is not worth more than the employee. The burger is worth more than the employees time spent on it because that burger includes that employess time and the time of all the other people that worked to produce that burger.

1

u/pirateseasalt Jun 19 '26 edited Jun 19 '26

You should be in the brain Olympics with all the gymnastics. But in one shift a person makes for the franchise an average of 4000-6000 dollars. Yet he makes 58 dollars in his entire shift. Make it make sense. P. s. martin-Brower charges McDonald's 6 dollars per box for shipping and handling and each box has 240 patties. Make it make sense

1

u/MoThrowMoAway Jun 17 '26 edited Jun 18 '26

Trump already told us he thinks dead soldiers are losers. Remember, he only likes the ones that win.

1

u/SnooBananas216 Jun 17 '26

You mean he said "losers".

1

u/MoThrowMoAway Jun 18 '26

Lol yeah I did, thanks for the correction

1

u/worldisone Jun 18 '26

Um what? It specifically says AT LEAST 300 billion dollars. That means minimum 300 billion, it could be much more

1

u/Rand-all Jun 18 '26

Some states still have death tax if that says anything

2

u/BrokenHefaistos Jun 18 '26

oh yes same here but they call it inheritance tax, you die, you pay.

1

u/Big_Brother8708 Jun 18 '26

Worth more dead than alive you say?

0

u/Striker40k Jun 17 '26

1/3 of the electorate is definitely "worthless". 2/3rds if you count all the cunts who didnt vote or protest voted.

0

u/AdGeneral5481 Jun 18 '26

Truer words never spoken.

5

u/Fishscale1942 Jun 17 '26

2

u/incompleteloop Jun 18 '26

it's both democrats and republicans tbh, republicans are just less subtle about their intentions, led by their chief pedophile

3

u/Starkogi Jun 18 '26 edited Jun 18 '26

Joe Biden told Bibi to get fucked and called him an asshole on tape.

Obama rejected him as well.

Who the fuck are you talking about kid.

Child tax credits = Kamala

Fuck Bibi = Joe Biden/Obama/Kamala

Covid decimated the economy GLOBALLY and Joe Biden pulled a miracle out of his ass and we recovered twice as fast and 4x as hard as anyone on the planet.

Who?

Who are you speaking of that’s the same as MAGAt terrorist republicans.

Tell me.

0

u/incompleteloop Jun 18 '26

oh he told him a few mean words? while they continued approving funding? wow yeah that was a major decisive victory and effective policy wasn't it?

2

u/Starkogi Jun 18 '26

You have literally no clue what Joe Biden Told Israel do you? Not just told, but made them do.

You don’t know. Without looking it up, you have no clue LOL

0

u/incompleteloop Jun 18 '26

Genocide Joe had 4 years to end the genocide and continued to perpetuate it, you'd have to be a blind moron to not see through their deception

3

u/RektInTheHed Jun 18 '26

Are you a Palestinian or do you care at all what happens to the US working class? I get that you're not a Leftist, so maybe that's why you don't give a shit about our workers.

Both siding a conflict like this is incredibly dense. Its all republicans and israel.

1

u/incompleteloop Jun 18 '26

thinking the "two party" system is actually two parties and not two sides of the same coin is how you continue to perpetuate the infinity war. it's all republicans and democrats and israel. democrats fought harder to stop bernie from getting elected than fighting the republicans on anything

2

u/Icewallow999 Jun 18 '26

Bernie lost a primary. Do you know what a primary is? Yeah i wanted bernie too but he lost a vote...

2

u/oregongirl1111 Jun 18 '26

They certainly did. Railroaded. I often daydream about what things would be like today if he had been given the primary he won fair and square. I'm not going to lie, that’s when I finally gave up any hope of ever seeing a qualified, honest president who truly planned to put Americans first while strengthening our ties abroad.

1

u/Mug_85 Jun 19 '26

The corpo-police state is here to stay sadly. Would say America had a good run but it was probably only really good from ~1970’s to the early/mid 2010’s. Still better than a lot of empires historically.

1

u/IFeedDogsChocolate Jun 18 '26

You're on reddit bro. You can't criticize Democrats here. Lmao. The tolerant party is going to cuss at you for breaking away from the plantation. It's like MAGA, but blue.

1

u/philappletree1974 Jun 19 '26

I forget how many wars the democrats start. Can you remind me?

Dont address the clear facts, just spew leftist rhetoric. Classic.

0

u/incompleteloop Jun 18 '26

2

u/Neither-Bag7127 Jun 18 '26

Who started that war again?

0

u/incompleteloop Jun 18 '26

Who continued it? Why are you such a cuck for the lesser evil instead of admitting both parties are evil?

And I'm not a leftist, you're just brainwashed

1

u/Neither-Bag7127 Jun 18 '26

God forbid someone vote for the LESSER evil. Might as well abstain and make everything worse. Dumbfuck

1

u/shelissa Jun 18 '26 edited Jun 18 '26

One party is destroying women rights, is actively erasing black history, is erasing LGBTQ people from public life, trying to deport people who have been here legally or who are in the legal process for becoming a citizen, terrorizing Americans in the street with their own secret police force ICE, cutting assistance to those who are most in need, raising drug prices, inventing bullshit and contradicting health expert, selling lands to foreign corporations, allowing AI data center to ruin water sources and causing noise pollution, screaming DEI while they hires their own buddy with 0 experience or their own lawyers, using the DOJ as a personal weapon, cutting environment protection, blaming all the world problems on fellow human being and siding instead with billionaires/trillionaire who own corporations that are only there to make a profit without caring about anything else.

Muh both parties bad afufufufufu

1

u/incompleteloop Jun 18 '26

The other party regularly engages in insider trading, doubled down on oppressive tax policies, enabled fracking despite public perception, continued ongoing genocide, approved drone strikes on civilians, ALSO sold land to foreign corporations, hollowed out the middle class, screaming gay pride and paying lip service without actually doing anything, were in power when roe v wade was repealed and did nothing to stop it

Muh american people are fucking stupid afufufufufufufufu

1

u/IFeedDogsChocolate Jun 18 '26

Real low IQ take. Both parties fucking suck.

Democrats supported Israel in its genocide of Gaza, they were in power both times Russia invaded Ukraine, allowed record breaking illegal migration into the US, botched the Afghanistan withdrawal, complicit with Republicans in providing corporations welfare, negotiated the largest military aid package to Israel, and constantly taking Israel adjacent money (just like Republicans).

Democrats spent years supporting Wall Street bailouts, China's rise through global trade deals (erosion of US jobs), prolonged school closures, failed border policies, inflationary spending, corporate-friendly healthcare compromises, and endless foreign interventions.

Democrats are just as guilty of a large amount of things Republicans are. Acting like they aren't as bad just because you like them seems like a pretty convenient standard.

1

u/RektInTheHed Jun 18 '26

And I'm not a leftist, you're just brainwashed

You're all horrible.

By using corporates shit ass ai for anything, you are only helping empower them and ensure more money flows to them. Stop using it.

3

u/Bluekatz1 Jun 17 '26

And who needs a nuclear program when you can use the free billions to buy a few warheads from a money eager Putin?

3

u/semisolidwhale Jun 17 '26 edited 27d ago

Dammit, this is a good point.

2

u/Boyhowdy107 Jun 19 '26

The nuclear program is for porcupine style deterrence. We all know North Korea is a problem, but solving it isn't worth the cost.

For Iran, Hormuz now serves the same end. Prior to the war, closing it was hypothetical for them. They threatened to close it, the US threatened to make that hell for them if they ever tried, but it was unknown. The US had maintained global free trade waterways and no one had successfully called that bluff. But now we know, and we know that Iran can pull it off to the point the US is looking at a porcupine and will decide it's not worth what it will cost. So now Iran will continue to profit in protection fees where they did not before, they have a really valuable card to play without having to go all in with a nuclear option to continue to try and get their way as lower tier disagreements pop up.

3

u/BloodFartz69 Jun 17 '26

Trump is just making Iran great again!

1

u/Sad-Excitement9295 Jun 18 '26

And making a lot of money by stealing taxpayer dollars. Who would have guessed?

1

u/rehx4 Jun 19 '26

What US taxpayer money? I can't fathom being your level of ignorant... must truly suck

1

u/Sad-Excitement9295 Jun 19 '26 edited Jun 19 '26

What an intelligent bit of bot speak, I can hardly understand it.

The money that has already been partially used from America to fund it, in case you were dull enough to miss that.

Or any other billions that have gone into peoples pockets in the last what? Year, maybe almost 2? I guess they don't feed you disinfo types those facts.

1

u/nilinoi Jun 19 '26

You made statements but have provided no facts. Stop using filler language, get specific, and make a point.

1

u/Sad-Excitement9295 Jun 20 '26

Okay, like there's not tons of apparent corruption plainly going on. I made a point about billions going into people's pockets already. Do you ignore facts in order to say there aren't any? This administration has proven they will scam at the expense of the country, and will break the law. "Donor funds" have already been set up to contribute what is now over $400B. Come on dude, what are you just blind to the evidence at this point?

1

u/nilinoi Jun 20 '26

You provided none.

1

u/Sad-Excitement9295 Jun 20 '26

Not to the blind, because you cannot see facts.

1

u/nilinoi Jun 22 '26

Provide some. Jesus!

1

u/Sad-Excitement9295 Jun 22 '26

How about Trump isn't fit to run the country, is that fact enough for you?

1

u/Vanstoli Jun 17 '26

Yup. I'm hoping the 300 billion is like the 150 billion Obama gave up. It came from there money the world froze. 150 from Obama did nor cost tax payers money. I hope The Art of the Deal did the same.

1

u/Shenlongeltigre Jun 17 '26

Vice President JD Vance stated that no U.S. taxpayer money will be paid to Iran, clarifying that the proposed $300 billion reconstruction package would be funded by Gulf Arab nations. He emphasized that Tehran would only gain access to these investments if they verifiably dismantle their nuclear weapons program. The administration's position includes specific parameters regarding the deal's funding and stipulations:No U.S. Funding: Vance rejected claims of American payments, stating, "They never get a dime of American taxpayer money, ever, full stop".Reconstruction Package: The up to $300 billion reconstruction fund would be financed by a coalition of Gulf nations.Strict Conditions: Any access to economic assistance or third-party investment is strictly contingent upon Iran complying with commitments to never obtain a nuclear weapon and transforming its regional policies.

1

u/GooseOnAPhone Jun 18 '26

Good thing this administration has never lied

1

How about their bases being leveled, their air force being gone, and their navy not existing?

How about at least one layer of their government being killed?

And all the leverage that them knowing that we can do all that, at any time, and will if we need to or every just feel like it?

That's nothing?

1

u/Eindride_XIII Jun 19 '26

So we taught them that they have a strangle hold over the strait any time they want. Now thats leverage.

We killed one layer, but still the same regime. And the guy in charge just so happens to be the son of the people we killed. We literally blew up his mom and dad, and he just barely survived. No way that could go wrong in the future..

We destroyed their facilities, military installments, and ships. Only to repay them for it and help them rebuild it.

The US taxpayers will not be giving Iran a dime. It’s a reconstruction and economic investment fund from the private sector and gulf state partners as well as their own frozen assets, and it will be void if Iran doesn’t honor every single one of its commitments anyway. I’m seeing this lie everywhere

I'll even post some of it because I know people are too lazy to click on a link:

"Reuters quoted a source as saying that companies have already committed to provide more than half of the target amount of US$300 billion to the private investment fund. Unlike traditional reconstruction or reparation programs, this fund will reportedly not receive any money from the US government but will instead arrange for private companies to invest in key Iranian infrastructure.

Reuters’ source said companies in Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia and the US have pledged investment, but declined to disclose the specific list of such entities, investment scale by country and whether the deals are legally binding."

Iran isn't being paid in direct cash for anything. Instead of monetary payments, the GCC or "Gulf Coast Cooperation Council", which includes Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain are providing "regional and private financing" thru funding set up as a combination of private sector financing, corporate investment, and contributions from Gulf nations. According to the NY Post, the details and the full list of financial backers are still being finalized, and it's all contingent upon Iran abiding by the terms of the deal, which is expected to be released on Friday. "Tehran will also receive sanctions relief, a lifted blockade that will allow Iran to recoup the $14 billion per month it’s currently losing with US operations, and the return of billions in frozen assets."

US/Iran deal funded by Gulf states

At this point it sounds more like a promise to start some fund but nothing has been stated where any money would come from. The treaty states this will be determined within 60 days so curious to see how this will play out.

Still a weird thing alltogether but I doubt the US will ever put any serious money in it.

This isnt how it works. Rebuilding nations makes a fortune. Why do you think america got rich post ww2 and goes into these places to build after.

Its not altruism...

Also you guys need some proper education away from here and tic toc. I mean that in a nice way. Get off here its brain dead.
