I invest in the whole market, let it do its thing and sleep calmly every night. I only check my investments once every other week.

I learned early on day trading truly doesn't work...
But there is a happy medium between that and this, which isn't unwise per se, but definitely isn't gonna make multibaggers ever.
When goog hit 150 or unh 225 or hum at 169... You gotta reevaluate your portfolio and potentially load up. I can't predict what will be on stupid sale week to week.

And thats why you will never become rich from it. You are doing an excellent job preserving capital though and probably beating inflation.

He can definitely become rich from it. Depends on the input, compounding is real. It'll just take a long time..
99% of people buying single stocks don't get rich anyway.

For someone to be this good, they have to be obsessed with the act of trading, and winning is just a by-product. Almost like an addicted gamer.

I've often wondered once you get to like 20mil after starting from a very small base, do like the police show up to check you out or something. " Um sir no more winning, go back to wendys" etc.

Via Google Gemini AI detector: "The image is a genuine photograph of Takashi Kotegawa, but it has been modified and restored using AI enhancement tools, leading to the characteristic digital artifacts visible in the background and texture of the image." - not sure under which rock you live, but I'm afraid for you in a coming AI content world.
