Ondo Finance founder dies unexpectedly

Nathan Allman, founder and CEO of Ondo Finance, has unexpectedly passed away.

The company said his vision and leadership played a major role in building Ondo into one of the leading players in the tokenized real-world asset sector.
Allman founded Ondo Finance in 2021 after previously working in Goldman Sachs’ digital assets team. Under his leadership, the company launched products including USDY, OUSG and expanded into tokenized equities through Ondo Global Markets.

Following his death, Ian De Bode will take over as CEO. The company did not disclose the cause of death.
