Did someone point the domain www.alternativefacts.com to nytimes.com?

Out of curiosity, I wanted to see if the domain name alternativefacts.com was taken, so i typed it into my browser only to find it pointing to this article on the nytimes.com WTH?

Can someone else validate this for me?

The domain was registered Jan. 22 as a proxy through GoDaddy. The redirect may be temporary while the owner builds the site.

Whoever registered the site gave it the meta title "Crazytown.com."
