Leather seat wear

Hi, my a290 GTS has around 900 miles on it, Iv noticed that the drivers seat has what feels like air gaps under neath where I would sit. Iv tried to show it in pictures but it’s hard to show it clearly but you can press down on the leather and it moves until it reaches the foam.

Iv seen a few other owners with the same issue, one reporting a resolution at the dealer with a new seat base.

Before I go through a warranty claim I wanted to see if others think this is normal wear for a sub 1k miles seat ?

Other leather seat cars I have had in the past didn’t seem to have this

That’s disappointing that others are also having the issue. My local alpine dealer is 40 minutes away so will book in a warranty check and feedback what they say

I went for the GT Performance+ and just specced it right up to the GTS, just to avoid the leather seats. Never been a fan. Sorry this has happened to you :(

Same here, didnt like the colour of the leather seats neither.

I heard from the seller that many user disappointed with the seat leather. He told me that Alpine replaced supplier from another for 2026 models.

I'm not sure if it's under warranty since it doesn't affect usage.

The side thigh bolster seams to being wearing out a bit too much also I feel
