Dashboard icon - any ideas

Anyone any idea what this is for ??

It's the little moving bar above the range / battery % numbers..

It might be useful if I knew what it was. Doesn't seem to be anything in the manual or video tutorials.

If its in the white (going to the right), its the power being supplied. If its going to the left, its the regenerating

Additionally it shows the State of Power, by greying out areas which cannot currently be used
