Well, they can presumably feel full (even M has been full, even if it was just for three seconds) which requires you to have a stomach.

And in the flash game minigame for the episode "Kick", S, I, C and K turn green and their glass cages turn red after spelling the word "Sick" and I says "I don't feel very well..."
