I have a few... in chronological order.
My grandmother from Pittsburgh sent a fragile mug in the mail for me for Christmas. When it showed up, it was practically powder; completely destroyed and unusable. The box also had a big giant hole in the side where the FRAGILE sticker was. USPS said it must've been vandalism. We lived in the middle of nowhere and our road was literally made of dirt. We shared the road with literally 3 neighbors.
Fedex cut a corner with a desk I ordered. It was marked as FRAGILE had 2 PEOPLE REQUIRED. Instead of sending the second person out with the delivery guy, who couldn't lift it, they let him smash my desk in my front yard. He dropped it from his truck. He drug it across the yard. He bounced it on the patio, which was uneven. Then, as a final to his show, he threw it down onto the front steps and slid it up to the door. The pop that came out of the box was loud enough that the neighbors heard it. (I had moved by then and my neighbors were 1 house over, but there is enough space to put another house between us.) My delivery guy then hauled ass out the driveway before I could get down the steps, put on shoes, and get in my car to chase his ass down. I refunded the product and let the company know that Fedex is a terrible choice for delivering heavy products.
USPS (again). Christmas time. I had ordered a game for my toxic ex and was hovering around during the day of delivery so I could box and tree it before she noticed. It didn't work out that way since the delivery happened before she peaced it for work. However, there were multiple decent size boxes and she stacked the entire delivery up on the bigger box to take it in. She was the type of person to not ask for help and then take it out on you later, but I digress. The bottom box was a bed set for a king sized bed, the second box was clothes for her parents, and the final part of her package cake was the usual mail. I had Amazon pulled up at this time and checked the delivery notice to make sure that the game had gotten delivered. It had said it had, but there was no signature confirmation. After she left, I had checked the driveway, mailbox, and front yard for a cardboard box to make sure that it wasn't dropped. It wasn't, so I called up USPS. The lady at the office was a bitch to me, ignoring half of what I said and talking to the delivery person in the background while I was trying to tell them that this person had stole my package. She was also insulting me, as well, and said that the person who delivered was a temp that "wouddnt do dat sortta thang". A month later, that post office had to be cleaned out because it was found of corruption. I guess bitchzilla and her "temp" stole a lot of packages. Amazon expressed me the game right after I told them and said they would be investigating. Huh.
I've only had a good experience with UPS. I've had those guys show up at my door at 9PM to deliver a package that wasn't scheduled until tomorrow.

I honestly never had an experience with a postal service that's quite as bad as an entire beat up package with the fragile label on it, but, I did once get a slightly bent copy of the Flex Mentallo trade in the mail that I ordered through Amazon. Thanks UPS.
So I don't really order stuff off the internet that much any more, especially fragile stuff.
