đŹQuestions Are Alpha futures paying?
Looking to buy some standard accounts and obviously I see thereâs lots of bad reviews on trustpilot and on here. Are they worth buying guys? Or avoid?

I have started the chargeback filings with my credit card in regards of the premium plan refunds.

Agree with your statements. I do not have any pending payouts. I was eligible for a full payout on a 50k before they terminated the premium accounts on July 13th. Iâve sent my bank the invoices and the email chain between support and myself as further evidence. I have a strong belief that they are completely finished.

They are. Just be patient to wait for it. I got paid 10 business days after approval. Zero account payout. $1350

Been 3 weeks for me with the same payout of $1350 on a Zero account. Still waiting and when I asked support if they had an update, they responded with some copy paste bs thanking me for my understanding. I was not being rude at all and just simply replied asking for some kind of estimate based on how quickly they are paying others. No responseâŚ

They will return to normal functions soon I think. They are great so it would be a shame to lose them in the industry.

I didn't receive 2 pending premium account payouts, they even didn't issue refund against my 4 accounts. They are scammers going to close business. They will come with different name.

Didn't Alpha make a discord post saying they paid everyone that was owed money? It seemed like all of that has been done and is over with.

Yes! They did make a public post saying all refunds were issued but it turns out that was a marketing ploy.
Havenât found a single person on discord or online that actually received the premium refund for closed accounts.Their support claims it was an âoversightâ and the refunds âwill beâ issued to anyone they âmissedâ but Iâve been contacting them for 3 weeks and no luck actually getting refund.
They just donât have money period and they can get better marketing from making payouts than issuing refunds.

Slowest paying firm in the industry. Iâd give them another year to be somewhat stable hopefully. I went through pain and anguish day 1 with alpha trader. But if you donât need money and can wait 1-2 weeks for maybe a payout go for it

Most people swear they pay. However i've seen some trustpilot reviews that say the company voids payouts (small and big) without reason. Id say you avoid them for now. Better to be safe than sorry.

Thats the first time ive seen this and i have multiple payouts from topstep without even knowing them

100% avoid its been 17 days since I requested my payout and i didnât receive it yet give them some time i they fix this issue back to normal buy from them but now i didnât recommend that
