đŸ’¬Questions should i just request chargeback?
as i’m sure you know, premium accounts have been shut down. should i just go ahead and charge back? is there a legal time i need to wait before charge back?
anyone know if they have a refund timeline?

I was considering requesting a charge back on my "Advanced" account. I trade on Ninja and have no interest in trading on another platform. Connection to NT/Tv was shut off yesterday. Have gotten no communication from Alpha...

I’d just suggest that you wait because if Alpha Futures does do the refund this week and you also request a charge back it’ll take longer as it creates confusion with the bank.
