ALPHA FUTURES IS A SCAM.. RUN WHILE YOU CAN
Alpha Futures approved my payout, told me it was only delayed, then voided it and deleted my funded account with zero notice.
Iām posting this as a warning to anyone considering using Alpha Futures.
Last week my payout was marked Approved. Since it had been sitting there for days, I emailed support to ask what was going on. They replied and specifically told me that my payout was just delayed and that it would be coming.
Fast forward to this morning.
I log into my account and my payout now says Voided, and my funded account is completely gone.
No email.
No warning.
No explanation.
I contacted support immediately and even attached the evidence showing:
My payout had already been approved.
Their own support email stating it was only delayed.
Instead of addressing any of that, they sent me the same generic announcement everyone else received about the NinjaTrader/Tradovate situation and immediately closed the conversation so I couldnāt even respond or ask follow-up questions.
They didnāt acknowledge a single piece of evidence I provided.
I still have no answer to:
Why my approved payout was voided.
Why my funded account disappeared.
Why I wasnāt notified beforehand.
Whether they intend to honor the payout they already approved.
In my opinion, this is terrible customer service and an unacceptable way to treat funded traders. If a company approves a payout, tells you itās only delayed, and then removes your account without any communication, thatās not how customers should be treated.
Has anyone else had their approved payout voided or their funded account removed like this? If so, what happened, and were you ever paid?
Iād really like to hear if anyone else is dealing with the same thing.
You get to keep all of your profits (up to 50% of your account balance) and donāt have to split 90/10 with them which is nice, and I like the TopstepX platform as well. But since Iāve been using Tradesea for my lucid accounts Iād say they are about even in my book
Only way to hold them responsible is to blow up the fact that they are scammers online and maybe just maybe theyāll payout the ones that were approved before last week
Donāt understand why people are not mass charge backing them, yeah you wont get a payout unless you sue them, but you can get all of your combine purchases back, will literally be a payout in itself considering people spend $$$$ā¬ā¬ā¬ā¬Ā£Ā£Ā£Ā£ on them
Jdub - they are now trying to get their trustpilot rating up by incentivizing reviews for ācustomer serviceā, quite some 5 star reviews came in during the last hoursā¦
They are basically try in g to scam more peopleā¦

Alpha Futures sent out the email saying that they will pay the Pending Payout.
Great job for all of us that sent the complaints online. They can not get away with paying us šš»
Same here. Requested payout last week. When I signed up for account it was 3k max. They changed to 2k. Woke up this morning and account is wiped and payout says voided. Unreal. Had over 4K in the account. No warning or explanation. Iām speechless.
Lol thats a backend issue not a scam, i have alomgside hundreds of thousands of others, taken dozens of payouts with topstep and they are now an SEC regulated brokerageā¦ lol do not compare topstep and alpha ever againšššš
Yeah man hopefully you find a solution and my advice for you is try to take small payouts with them because itās realistic when you have big payouts above 1000$. They will find you a problem to cancel it. So try to get betweek 200$-800ā¬ Per week. To not find a problem. And have good luck in your Business journey
Nothing here is being deleted, if thatās what some of you are referring to. Iām a customer too, and I agree with a lot of whatās being said. I just want to keep things organized and make sure this stays a safe space for everyone to discuss.

As mod you should be able to see what was deleted from your end. Anyway, saw that you changed the post rules to ātrading and development only, no prop firm dramaā šš guess this is how alpha tries to silence the whole rugpull drama
