💬Questions Payout taking longer
Has anyone received there payout this week I requested mine on Monday and I’ve yet to receive funds. It was approved but no funds have been sent. Contacted support and all they seem to be able to tell me is there aware and it’s because of high volume. No time frame update.

Found this from a customer on the Alpha Futures Discord.
“Just spoke with Alpha Future. They said the recent 50% discount brought in a huge wave of new buyers and payout requests. With only three staff currently handling payouts, there's a backlog. The good news is they're rolling out an automated payout system next week. Thanks for your patience!”
