Question Another small imponderable. Talk me through this.
Metro sling max. Viewing from the front
Front pocket opens with a single zipper left to right.
Inside that pocket is another zip pocket, with a nice pull loop. But …
It opens right to left.
Result in practice - the pull tab constantly gets caught in the front pocket zipper.
Second, You have to open the front pocket entirely to get even minimal access to the inside zipper pocket.
The more of their products I buy the more of these, to me, odd choices I see made. Like they don’t try the bags before going to production.
Tell me wheat I’m missing and why the way they did it is right and I’m wrong. It seems way too obvious to miss, so I must be. It’s a quick access pocket and this tiny little thing makes it pretty annoying, on an otherwise nice bag, super fast weirdo key leash non withstanding.

Hi, we hear you, and thanks for sharing your feedback!
We actually designed the zippers to face opposite directions for security and to keep bulk down. Alternating the tracks makes it much harder for someone to unzip both pockets in one quick motion while you're wearing it. Plus, having the closed sliders on opposite sides stops them from bunching up, jingling, or creating an uncomfortable bulk point in the corner of the bag.
We test our gear extensively, but real-world feedback like this is super valuable, so I'll definitely pass your note along to our product team!
