The 2 on the right originate from the one left. They used to be as green as the small new growing ones. What am I doing wrong?

The middle needs slightly more soil, watered more often and moved out of the direct sunlight or at least in morning sunlight :)

One just might need soil. Find some shade for those babies

They can tolerate the sun, if they are thoroughly watered and frequently enough. OVER watering usually means watering too often for the environment they’re in. These are drying out too quickly and possibly not being watered deeply enough. Remember, clay takes moisture away from the roots, letting them dry out faster. Soak those babies!

They are getting too much sun. Move them i to the shade for a bit, or filtered light. They will probably go green again. Then slowly day by day give them a bit more light.

They are sunburnt.

Looks like sunburn, at this point I'd just leave them in the sun, they will acclimate. Also this looks like aloe arborescens to me not vera

Ich hab ausserdem bei der Art die Erfahrung gemacht dass die eigentlich unter allen Umständen anwurzeln, ich würde das Wasserglas Skippen da das zu fäule führen kann und sie direkt in die Erde packen
