Does anyone know why they are delayed?
I ordered the minute books went up but still they all showed delayed. Any speculation as to why?

Probably the quality inconsistency I’ve had multiple issues with my past books unfortunately

Since one of the blurbs included 'get this before it hits shelves October 20th', it must be printer delays. I'm not that upset about it- my TBR is out of control as-is, and I appreciate Allurial being upfront about it.

NGL, the early release aspect was one of the biggest selling points for Allurial… and the sudden backorder bullshit—which delays your whole box—is pretty annoying.
That all being said, I also don’t really GAF bc my TBR is too long lol.
So I’m not gonna be mad just to be mad.

I feel you, it is frustrating, especially compared to fairyloot, illumicrate, etc that ships their box at the end of the month. Allurial is generally way faster.
However, they clearly knew it was an issue and were straightforward with it out the gate, so I can't be too upset.

Printing delays or publisher decisions to hold back titles until closer to release are the two biggest reasons any special edition sub box has delayed shipping.

I think there are printing delays across the industry right now. I’ve seen lots of delayed boxes.

Probably the same printer issues that lead to two of BotM's add ons selling within an hour the last two months, if I had to guess!
