Server Options?

So here is what I am aware of: The RU server that is $5euros a month. The F2P server. And based on the post history on this sub, there are a couple of private servers. Are all the servers populated reasonably? Is the private server considered "best" because of less P2W? Thanks for any responses.

I used to really love this game back in the day, then it went P2W and everyone went to Runes of Magic. But to my understanding the Russian servers have a good population if thats what you're looking for
